Refund policy

We have a NO return policy, which means candles ones shipped cannot be returned or cancelled. 

If you have any concerns with the received order, you can contact us at roshnicandlestudioindia@gmail.com. We will get back to you with the instructions for the replacement or refund.

Items sent back to us without first writing to us will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and an unboxing video to claim your return/refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
